Senior Associate/Assistant Manager
Role:
Senior Associate/Assistant Manager Location: Noida (Work from Office) Experience: 5–7 years Lead and conduct patent searches (novelty, FTO, invalidity, etc.), manage client portfolios, provide strategic IP guidance, mentor a small team, ensure quality deliverables, and optimize workflow processes.
Requirements:
B.Tech in ECE, EEE, CSE, or related field with 5+ years’ experience in patent searching and analytics. Strong knowledge of patent search methodologies. Excellent communication and client management skills. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Associate (Drafting/Prosecution)
Role:
Associate (Drafting/Prosecution) Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Experience: 1–3 years Draft and review patent applications (US/EP), prepare responses to patent office objections, collaborate with inventors, conduct technical research, and support patent prosecution across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science Engineering. 1–3 years’ experience in patent drafting/prosecution (US/EP). Strong independent drafting skills and analytical ability. Experience with patent drawings (Visio/CorelDraw/illustration) is a plus. Domain expertise in AR/VR, AI/ML, image processing, Blockchain, or IoT is a plus. Excellent English communication skills.
Associate/Senior Associate (Drafting)
Role:
Associate/Senior Associate (Drafting) Location: Noida (Work from Office) Experience: 1–5 years Draft high-quality patent applications (US/EP), review and ensure technical accuracy, collaborate with inventors, and stay updated on patent laws and technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry. 1–5 years’ patent drafting experience (US/EP). Strong independent drafting skills, analytical ability, and decision-making. Domain expertise in AR/VR, AI/ML, image processing, Blockchain, or IoT is a plus. Excellent English communication skills.
Senior IP Analyst / IP Analyst
Role:
Position: Senior IP Analyst / IP Analyst (Docketing & Paralegal) Location: Noida (Work from Office) Experience: 1–5 years Manage and update IP docketing databases and records. Review and maintain IP files and prosecution history. Ensure accuracy of data and adherence to quality guidelines. Handle deadline management and daily work tracking. Support administrative and paralegal tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field. 1–5 years’ experience in IPR (Docketing & Paralegal). Strong knowledge of patent filing and review. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent time management, attention to detail, and analytical skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
